At Istanbul Airport we use a fixed meeting point: leave through Exit 13 and walk to the sign marked M55, where our greeting team will be waiting for you.
STEP BY STEP

Collect Your Luggage
After landing, collect your luggage and pass through passport control and customs.

Leave Through Exit 13
The exits in the arrivals area are numbered. Follow the signage to Exit 13.

Find the M55 Sign
Once outside, look for the sign marked M55. This is our fixed meeting point.

Give Your Name
Tell our greeting team your name and they will take you straight to your vehicle. Safe travels!
REMINDERS
Tips for a Smooth Meeting
- Just two things to remember: Exit 13 and the M55 sign.
- Keep your phone charged and WhatsApp notifications on.
- If you can't find M55, message us on WhatsApp: +90 544 375 02 15 — there is free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal.
- Passport control and baggage claim may take time. We track your flight, and our team is at M55 whatever time you land.
