AfterAirport ("we", "us", "our") is a private airport transfer service operating in Istanbul, Turkey. We provide door-to-door transfers between Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), Galataport, and destinations across Istanbul.

2. Data We Collect

When you make a booking we collect:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Flight number and travel date/time
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Number of passengers and luggage
Optional notes (e.g. child seat requirements)

We do not collect payment card details — payments are made in cash to the driver or arranged separately.

3. How We Use Your Data

To confirm and fulfil your transfer booking
To contact you about your booking (WhatsApp, email, SMS)
To monitor your flight for delays and adjust driver timing
To send booking confirmations and receipts

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Booking data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). We retain booking records for up to 2 years for accounting and dispute purposes, after which they are deleted.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent to receive marketing messages at any time
