1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a transfer through AfterAirport ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Service Description
AfterAirport provides private, door-to-door airport transfer services in Istanbul, Turkey. We operate transfers to and from Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), and Galataport cruise terminal to hotels, residences, and other destinations across Istanbul.
All transfers are private — you will not share your vehicle with other passengers. Vehicles are Mercedes-Benz Vito, V-Class, Sprinter, or equivalent.
3. Booking & Payment
- All prices shown are fixed — no meter, no hidden fees.
- Prices include meet & greet, luggage assistance, and free waiting time (60 minutes for airport pickups).
- Payment is made in cash to the driver or by credit card at the time of transfer.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email after your reservation is received.
- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your transfer at no charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-show: If you do not show up and have not contacted us, the full transfer price may be charged.

5. Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly — at no extra charge.
Free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time for international flights, and 45 minutes for domestic flights. Additional waiting time beyond this may incur an extra charge.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and a valid contact number at the time of booking.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time.
- Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, excess luggage) before booking.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the transfer.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted in the vehicle.
7. Liability
AfterAirport carries appropriate liability insurance for all transfers. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Missed flights due to reasons outside our control.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us within 24 hours of your transfer.
8. Changes to Bookings
Booking modifications (date, time, pickup location) can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer, subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to request any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
